David Troxel - Author of Best Friends Approach to Alzheimer's Care
The participant will:
- recognize who this person was prior to the diagnosis of dementia
- utilize the Circle of Care model
- discover how to "Partner in Care"
- explore the "Family Care Plan"
- focus on the Person's remaining skills
